Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at House of Diamonds by Shaurya Jewels llp. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- With tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the package. Please note, items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., rings with engravings, custom-designed jewelry)
- Items that have been resized (e.g., resized rings or bracelets)
- Items with signs of wear (e.g., jewelry that has been worn or used)
- Items that are missing original packaging or tags
- Sale items or special promotions (e.g., discounted jewelry, final sale pieces)
- Gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and making a new purchase for the desired item. This ensures a smooth and quick process for securing your new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with tags and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.

Cancellation Policy
At House of Diamonds by Shaurya Jewels Llp, we aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that situations arise where you may need to cancel your order. Our goal is to make the process as simple and transparent as possible. Below are the guidelines for order cancellations:
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will halt the shipment process and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations can only be processed while the order is still in the “processing” stage, before the item has been shipped.
After Shipment: Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the items once they are delivered to you.
Custom and Personalized Orders: Due to the nature of our custom-made jewelry, including special orders and personalized pieces (e.g., engraved products or made-to-order items), we regret that we cannot accept cancellations once production has started. If you have ordered a custom piece, please make sure to review all details before completing your purchase. If you have any concerns or need modifications before production begins, please contact us immediately.
How to Cancel an Order

- Name and contact details
- Reason for cancellation

Refund Process
If your order cancellation is accepted, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note:
- If you used a credit or debit card for the transaction, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
- If you used an alternative payment method (e.g., UPI or wallets), the refund will be processed to the same account.

Exchanges
If you change your mind after the item has been shipped or delivered, we offer a return and exchange option in accordance with our Return Policy. However, the exchange process will be subject to the availability of the item you wish to exchange for. Non-Cancelable Products
Please note that some products are non-cancelable due to their nature:
- Custom-made and Personalized Jewelry: Items that are designed specifically for you, such as custom designs, engraved products, and personalized jewelry, are not eligible for cancellation once the manufacturing process has begun.
- Sale Items: Products purchased at a discounted rate or during a promotional sale are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.
